For the fäm Properties connector for ChatGPT and Claude. The company-wide policy is at famproperties.com/privacy-policy and applies as well.
When you ask ChatGPT or Claude a property question, the assistant sends this server the search terms and filters needed to answer it (for example an area name, a price range, a number of bedrooms, a property size or a unit number). We also receive technical request data: the IP address of the assistant's servers and standard HTTP headers. We do not receive your name, email address, account details, chat history or location, and the connector has no sign-in.
Only to look up the requested property data and return it to the assistant, and to protect the service (rate limiting per IP address, and error logs when a request fails). We do not use it for advertising, profiling or marketing, and we do not sell or share it.
Search terms are passed to fäm Properties' own property-data service. Currency conversions send only the currency codes to a public exchange-rate service (open.er-api.com). The server runs on a cloud hosting provider (Railway), which processes request data on our behalf.
Look-up results are cached in memory for about five minutes to keep responses fast, then discarded. Error logs are kept by the hosting provider for up to 30 days. We keep no database of requests.
You can disconnect the connector in ChatGPT or Claude at any time. Questions or requests about your data: use the contact details on famproperties.com.
